Stockholmsgatorna
Some 9400 years ago, when ice lay thick across our landscape, an ice river plunged into the valley and carved out the bedrock. The result was stockholmsgatorna, a magnificent canyon 50 meters deep and 1.5 km long.

Wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle and pack something tasty to eat to enjoy while you visit the giant cauldron. The cauldron is equipped with a fireplace and benches and here you can take a break and reflect on the time it must have taken for the cauldron to form. And try to take in the beauty of the experience and the awe of the great forces of nature - that could have created something as magical, and magnificent, as Stockholmsgatorna.
